Words of the Owner — why I started Golden Hands

My name is Amit Anupam Swain. I grew up in Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, and I have been teaching driving here since 2018. Before I started Golden Hands, I saw the same problems repeated again and again: students who were rushed through their classes, who failed the RTO test because they were not properly prepared, and who were given broken promises about what was included in their course fee.

I decided to build something different. At Golden Hands, every student gets the same care and attention regardless of their background. Whether you are a 18-year-old trying driving for the first time, a working professional in your 30s, or a homemaker who wants independence and confidence — you are welcome here and you will be taught patiently.

What I believe about teaching driving

Driving is not just a licence. It is a life skill. A person who drives well is safer, more confident, and more independent. That is what I want for every student at Golden Hands — not just a licence card, but the ability to drive safely in Bhubaneswar’s real traffic.

That is why we practise on real roads from the first class, not just in empty grounds. That is why we include the exact RTO test routes. And that is why, if a student finishes their course and still does not feel ready, we give them more practice at no extra cost — because getting the result right matters more than anything else.

Why free home pickup matters to me personally

I know that many people in Bhubaneswar do not have a car yet. If they did, they probably would not need a driving school. Asking a learner to somehow get themselves to a training ground is illogical. So from day one, I included free home pickup and drop in every course. The instructor comes to your gate. You step into the car and start learning. It is as simple as that.

A promise to every student

When you enrol at Golden Hands, I personally stand behind your experience. If something is not right, you can reach me directly at 9040040265. My team and I are here 7 days a week, 6 AM to 8 PM, because we understand that learning to drive fits into your schedule, not the other way around.

Thank you for trusting Golden Hands with your driving journey. I hope to see you on the road soon.
